Terms and conditions | Thai language

Booking shall be done by email, inquiry form, fax or phone call. We need full names (family names in capital letters) and gender of each people, number of people, number of rooms, type of rooms, check in and check out dates, mode of arrival, etc.

Unless prior credit arrangement have been made, we require full payment for all booking before check in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation of rooms, meals or conference room use must be informed by phone as early as possible more than two days before the check in date. Otherwise 50% of total cost will be charged.

Walk in at the hotel
Walk in clients shall pay using Thai Baht cash money or credit cards. We accept Master cards, Visa cards, and American Express cards.

Check out time is noon. Late check out up to 1400Hrs may be possible depending on the availability.
